Sincerely, it was a pleasant stay that cost £20 more a night. The rooms were neat and the location was easy in a very convenient area. And adjacent to Stansted airport, Braintree, rail links. Satisfactory breakfast, I loved it.

I greatly enjoyed its comfy and immaculate rooms.
The hotel was clean and had restful staff with friendly member of staff. The location was favourable - so close to Stansted airport and rail links to London Liverpool Street, a dual carriageway and the racecourse.

Great for a couple getaway
We arrived late and the staff could not have been more helpful, they really took care of us. The room was massive with a king-size bed so we had plenty of space to relax, not to mention the shower was better than I expected.
It wasn't cheap, but honestly it was still acceptable for the quality we got.

we didn't stop in the hotel long during our stay but found the staff very helpful, everything was clean, tidy and in a good state [not tatty], we also had a drink at the bar and found it very reasonable for a hotel we will be stopping there again.

Shower pressure disappointing!!! Lift out of order during my entire stay, leaving me with the stairs as the only option. Update the ironing boards, as they look worn and uncomfortable. The TV needs to be larger for easier viewing from the bed!!!
